# World Engine Protocol

Use this before an agent proposes, scripts, renders, or schedules content.

## Required contract

1. **Persistent state** — What exists before the episode?
2. **Controlled intervention** — What exactly changes?
3. **Genuine uncertainty** — What result is not known in advance?
4. **Evidence contract** — What files, traces, measurements, footage, or observations would establish the result?
5. **Failure permission** — What unflattering or uneventful result must be preserved?
6. **State transition** — What changes permanently after the run?
7. **Authority boundary** — Human approval is required before public release.

## Rejection conditions

Block production when the conclusion is already written, narration can replace evidence, failure would be hidden, the next episode resets the world, or the release exceeds authorised scope.
