Who it is for

For people who have something built with AI and want to keep going with an engineer alongside, rather than experiment on their own. An existing project, a person who can grant access and decide, and a change you can describe. An undefined product, or a rebuild of an app nobody understands, needs the AI-built app check first.

How the work runs

Guided build is hourly work on your existing project with an agreed goal for each block of hours. It can be pairing over a call, or me making an agreed change and explaining it to you. Either way you see what changed and why.

Each block starts with a written goal and a cap on hours. I use AI coding tools where they help and check their output the same way I check anything else. Work happens on a branch with the checks visible, so you can see it before it goes anywhere.

When a check fails

If the change turns out bigger than the cap, I stop and say so rather than running on. Production access and release decisions stay with you. If the foundation will not support the change, that becomes a separate decision, not an open-ended hourly job.

What it is not

Every block has a written goal and a cap, so it never becomes an open-ended engagement. I do not take unattended production access or on-call duty. It is not a security certification or compliance sign-off.
